Becoming a Member

If you qualify for membership and wish to become a member-at-large, please complete the Membership Application and return the Application with your $36 initiation fee to the National Office.

If you and at least four (4) other potential members would like to form a subordinate chapter (either collegiate or professional), please send an e-mail request and ask for a "starter kit." The e-mail request must include your mailing address.
